VIRTUAL CREATIVE WRITING PROGRAM

Distance learning is tough. Although a noble cause to ensure safety, distance learning severely limits the learning potential of the child and requires extensive parental assistance, particularly for younger students. However, it doesn’t have to be a struggle when it comes to your child’s writing, thanks to our Virtual Creative Writing Program. Our highly qualified instructors will teach your child how to write short stories, personal narratives, novels, poetry, and more! Along with that, our instructors will provide feedback, help revise your child’s writing, and help your children overcome their writing frustration on all levels. With our program, your child will be more than ready for advanced middle and high school writing. They’ll have a huge head start on their college essay writing process thanks to all the skills they’ll develop with us. Join today to have your child master the art of writing with CAM Ed. Services!

MONTHLY TOPICS

1st Month
This month, we will look at fiction through the lens of fantastical tales and fables. The teacher and students will read pieces set in fantastical settings, complete activities with a fantastical theme, and write short stories set in a fantastical land. At the end of the unit, students will share their stories and have the opportunity to get an experience with peer revision.

2nd Month
This month, we will look at telling stories about our own experiences. This will work on creative nonfiction rather than fiction, but will still expose students to the elements of story, writing, and grammar.

3rd Month
For this month, we will focus on looking at the beautiful world around us through short stories and poetry!
